Concrete Lifting and Leveling Before & After Photos

The concrete in the garage of a  Hackettstown, NJ home was settling impacting the homeowners peace of mind that there could be further settlement. Our PolyLevel team was able to raise the two collapsing slabs back to their original poistion by injecting PolyLevel Foam underneath the slabs. 

This homeowner in Hackettstown, New Jersey noticed their concrete walkway was sinking and shifting. They found Quality 1st Basement Systems online and gave us a call. Our System Design Specialist, Dylan McDonald, provided an inspection and suggested they use polyurethane foam to lift and level the concrete. A homeowner in Willingboro, NJ was experiencing settlement of their pool deck concrete. Several slabs of pool deck concrete had sunk about 2 inches. System Design Specialist, Andy worked with the homeowner to address concerns and a team was sent out to inject PolyLevel under the fallen concrete slabs. Now the pool deck looks good as new!

The patio of this homeowner in Ringoes, NJ was sinking 2 inches and wanted to be lifted to it's original spot. If the soil below the slab isn’t compact, the concrete can easily begin to sink as the soil beneath it solidifies and hardens. If the soil is too wet or too dry, this can also cause concrete to sink.
