A resident in Long Branch, New Jersey noticed their pool patio was sinking. This can happen because when the soil underneath a concrete slab is unable to hold the weight of it, this will cause the slab to sink. The homeowner called Quality 1st Basement Systems and our System Design Specialist, Jack Huber, helped with a solution. Jack suggested they use a polyurethane foam that will be noninvasive. The foreman used the PolyLevel Injection polyurethane foam, by drilling small penny-sized holes into the slab and the foam fills the void, which lifts and levels the slab. Now, the homeowner has a level patio without worrying about tripping hazards.

A homeowner in Fort Lee, NJ was experiencing sinking and settling concrete in the front of their home. Joe, our Concrete Repair Specialist, performed a full inspection, took measurements and confirm that the there were no tree roots effecting the concrete area. He recommended to lift and stabilize the concrete, PolyLevel, would be the best solution. Concrete settles when the soil underneath can no longer support the weight and begins to settle. PolyLevel provides that support while filling the void.
