Concrete Sidewalk Repair in Wallington, NJ

The sidewalks around this commercial property were experiencing some major settling, leaving the concrete slabs cracked, uneven, and risky to the people walking across them. Concerned for the public's safety and the appearance of the property, the property owner reached out to our team to help level these walkways. After our System Design Specialist Nelson provided a quote, our Foreman JD went out to the site to complete the renovation. Using our PolyLevel Injection Foam, our team was able to raise these various concrete slabs around the premises to a level height. To finish off the leveling, our NexusPro joint sealant was used to fill in the cracks and spaces in between slabs for a clean and concise finish to the job.

Check out this difference! These walkways are much more presentable and safer thanks to our team.

Driveway Repair in Lyndhurst, NJ

A Lyndhurst, New Jersey resident noticed their concrete patio was sinking and settling. This can be a danger for tripping, and is caused by the drying out and shrinking of the soil below the slab. During times of warm weather, the soil under the slab can dry out and shrink. This leaves voids for the concrete to sink and settle. The homeowner called Quality 1st Basement Systems and our foreman, Sean Johnson, installed the PolyLevel Injection. These injections are done by drilling penny-sized holes in the slab, and the polymer foam is injected into the unstable slab. This injection will lift and stabilize the concrete.
