We sent Concrete Repair Specialist, Jeff Pitek out to inspect a front walkway area in Hillburn, NJ and provide a solution. Jeff explained that a concrete slab will sink if the soil underneath becomes too wet or too dry. Our concrete raising solution, PolyLevel is injected beneath the slab to raise and stabilize it to prevent future sinking and settling.
Quality 1st Basement Systems raised this sinking concrete with PolyLevel. Sinking concrete can be a safety hazard for pedestrians and bike riders, so it is important to keep all sidewalks even and level. This Essex County sidewalk is now much safer and level!
A smooth ride into the driveway can be interrupted by sinking concrete at the apron and/or the sidewalk leading to the driveway. Jonathan Seminerio, a Concrete Specialist, proposed PolyLevel foam injection to lift the concrete and eliminate the drop. Foreman Sean Johnson and his crew went on-site to install the PolyLevel and resolve the issue.
Quality 1st Basement Systems was hired by this homeowner in Bloomfield, New Jersey to fix their sinking concrete. Our System Design Specialist, Joseph DelVecchio, suggested they use our PolyLevel Injections to raise the concrete. Our foreman and crew injected the polyurethane foam into the voids underneath the slab, and the concrete was brought to a raised position. The homeowner's peace of mind was restored and they didn't have to worry about tripping hazards.
A Bloomfield, NJ homeowner was interested in repairing their sinking concrete sidewalk, so they hired Quality 1st Basement Systems for the job.
