This front walkway in Freehold, NJ was sinking in parts and no longer level with adjacent slabs. Concrete Specialist Jeff Pitek proposed PolyLevel foam to lift, level, and stabilize the walkway. Foreman Nick Boldman and his crew completed the PolyLevel installation and sealed the joints with NexusPro to divert surface water away from the joints.
This pool area was not only seperating and unleveled but caused a tripping hazard for all those using it. PolyLevel was pumped into all the hazardest areas to level out the slabs creating a safe pool area.
Not only did we raise this homeowners pool deck back to its original state, we also sealed the joints using Nexus Pro Joint Sealant to protect the concrete slabs from future damage from natural causes.
This amazing transformation has made such a difference in this homeowners pool area. They no longer have to worry about friends and family tripping on their pool deck thanks to PolyLevel. Our team was able to lift and level the concrete surrounding the pool as well as seal the joints to prevent future settlement. The process was much more efficient, less expensive, and a more permanent solution than concrete replacement.
This concrete sidewalk was sinking, so the Quality 1st Basement Systems team performed a thorough inspection and provided the ultimate solution. Existing concrete slabs that haven't been affected by tree roots or are experiencing spider cracking can easily be lifted, leveled, and protected with our Concrete Repair Solution, Polylevel. Our crew arrived on time to the Perth Amboy, NJ home and drilled small penny-size holes into each settling area, PolyLevel is injected underneath the slab to fill any void. The Polyurethane foam expands, fills the void, and supports the sunken area.
