This homeowner in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey noticed their concrete walkway was sinking and settling. This happens when concrete is poured over poorly compacted soil. Over time, the soil settles and creates voids underneath. The homeowner called Quality 1st Basement Systems and our System Design Specialist, Chris Bowe provided a thorough inspection and suggested they use polyurethane foam. Our foreman, Ramon, used our PolyLevel Injection System to lift and level the concrete. Now, the homeowner does not have to worry about tripping hazards!
