This homeowner in Lindenwold, New Jersey noticed their concrete patio was unlevel and creating a tripping hazard. This happens because concrete is poured over poorly compacted soil. Over time, this soil settles and creates voids underneath, causing it to become unlevel. The homeowner contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems and our System Design Specialist, Bill Paterno, provided an inspection. Bill suggested they use polyurethane foam to lift and level the concrete. Our foreman, Ramon Romero, installed our PolyLevel Injection System to bring the concrete to a lifted position. Now, the homeowner has a patio that will provide them with safety!
