The property manager of this condo association in Hackensack, NJ needed multiple concrete slabs repaired that were uneven. The settling of the sidewalk was only getting worse with time and it was only going to become a more expensive fix if additional time passed.
The problem was fixed by having the Quality 1st Basement Systems installation crew install the PolyLEVEL concrete lifting system underneath the concrete sidewalks. Using the PolyLEVEL system is fast, easy to install, and it is the cheaper alternative to replacing the concrete sidewalk. This property manager does not have to worry about people falling in or around the property.
