Quality 1st Basements lifted this sinking sidewalk outside the home of a Passaic, NJ Resident who was concerned that this big trip hazard could cause serious injury and they would be held responsible. Our team injected small penny-size holes into the sinking concrete and injected our PolyLevel foam beneath the sinking slab. PolyLevel is an environmentally friendly and waterproof foam that stabilizes and raises the concrete slab.
