Concrete Pool Deck Repair In Succasunna, NJ

Recently, in Succasunna, NJ, a concerned homeowner noticed their once-level pool deck was beginning to sink and crack, creating both an eyesore and a serious tripping hazard for family and guests. Realizing the problem was only getting worse, they reached out to Quality 1st for a long-term solution.

Upon inspection, our team identified that the settlement was caused by unstable soil beneath the concrete, likely due to erosion and poor compaction. This loss of support had led to uneven slabs and dangerous gaps. To resolve the issue, we developed a tailored repair strategy featuring our PolyLevel Foam Injection System, a high-performance solution designed to lift and stabilize sunken concrete with precision and minimal disruption.

Once the slabs were successfully lifted and leveled, we applied our NexusPro Joint Sealant to protect the newly restored surface. This UV-resistant, flexible sealant fills joints and cracks to prevent water infiltration, a major contributor to future soil erosion and settlement. With both PolyLevel and NexusPro working together, we delivered a comprehensive, long-lasting repair that restored the safety, function, and appearance of the pool deck.

The homeowner was thrilled with the transformation and now enjoys complete peace of mind knowing their outdoor space is stable, protected, and ready for years of use!
