A Bristol, PA homeowner found their concrete steps were sinking an inch and needed to repair it. They found a newspaper ad for Quality 1st Basement Systems about our Concrete Lifting System, PolyLevel. Since their front porch area looked just like the advertisement they decided to contact us for a free inspection. Our System Design Specialist, Mike P., could see that the concrete had shifted and leveling roughly a few inches but was still in good condition with no crumbling. He knew Polylevel would be able to lift and stabilize these large concrete slabs and prevent future movement.
