Quality 1st Basement Systems was contacted by a homeowner in Succasuna, NJ in regards to their pool deck. The concrete pool deck was sinking a few inches in multiple spots, creating small trip hazards. The concrete needed to be raised back towards their original position to remove the trip hazards and prevent water from seeping underneath between the joints.
As a solution, we used our concrete raising system, Polylevel to lift, level and stabilize the concrete pool area. This waterproof and environmentally friendly polyurethane solution fills the voids between the slab and the soil which causes settlement.
