Michael was sent out to diagnose and fix a problem with my ultrasump system,. He arrived on time, and I was impressed by his friendliness, expertise and professionalism. He identified the problem and was creative in solving it. In addition, he took the time to ensure that I understood what had caused the glitch, and what was done about it.
