Quality 1st installed a drain system in a basement room: sump pump and dehumidifier, plus wall covering that provide a barrier over the foundation walls. In addition, they hooked my rain spout into the drain outside so both rain and water from the roof and any water from the sump pump will drain out into the yard. That was a plus to having a dry storage room in my basement!
