When I called Monday morning regarding issues in our basement, the service rep told me that someone would call me back. So Mike Dellechiaie called & came to my house at 2:00 pm. He saw the basement, proposed a contract & tried his best to squeeze the project for Friday. Which I am happy about because of my tight work schedule. He is very nice, accommodating, and had explained the plan well.
Friday came, the team of four people led by Heriberto also arrived on time. They worked right away and finished in a timely fashion, but they have to come back because they found more problems. So, he called the manager, and I agreed to what is needed more to be done. So, for the second time around, they are very punctual as they arrived at 9:00 am & completed the job around 1:00 pm. They are very professional, not loud, and respectful.
