Before contacting them I always had water in my basement during heavy rains, it was unfinished damp and very humid. I originally found them online and after doing some research I decided to call for my free estimate appointment. The office staff was very polite and answered all of my questions. On the day of my inspection my salesman Dan was very good. I chose Quality 1st because they were straight forward with answers and did not push us to do more than we needed to. The installation crew was great, they waterproofed, and finished my entire basement in just 3 days!
