This 150 year old church home had a leaky basement that was left unattended for years. During those unattended years, walls were flaking, mold was beginning to grow, and there was a strong, constant musty odor no matter the time of season. We came out and installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier, WaterGuard a SuperSump Pump, Iceguard and a SaniDry XP Dehumidifier. This system will keep your basement dry during the rainy seasons and humidity low during those hot humid months. 

This PA home had a French drain and sump pump currently in their basement, but with a heavy rain, water would intrude through the walls and the drain system and the pump would just hold the water instead of getting rid of it. Our FlexiSpan is a polyurethane polymer sealant that is warranted to permanently seal the crack, not allowing any water to leak through and to not crack due to any natural movement of the foundation wall.
