Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

This homeowner from New York, NY was facing water intrusion issues. They called Quality 1st Basements for a free estimate. One of our System Design Specialists recommended CleanSpace and WaterGuard to help waterproof.

CleanSpace Vapor Barrier was applied on the walls to keep moisture and humidity from seeping through. WaterGuard was installed around the perimeter of the basement to direct moisture away from the home's foundation.

The homeowner can now relax knowing their basement was safe from moisture.

Quality 1st Basement Systems was contacted by the manager of Toast Cafe located in New York, NY. The manager explained they were experiencing water seepage in the basement, so we sent our System Design Specialist, Jack H., to provide an inspection. Jack recommended our Triple Safe Sump Pump. The Triple Safe Sump Pump provides three levels of protection, keeping the basement dry and healthy. The system contains a backup battery, backup pump, and an air-tight lid that seals the system from the basement elements. Since the installation, the manager and their crew have not experienced any water issues, and have been satisfied with the services.

This New York basement struggled with water intrusion and dampness. With WaterGuard, TripleSafe, CleanSpace, and a SaniDry Sedona, the space is now dry, protected, and much healthier.
