Belmar homeowner noticed that water would leak into her basement through the windows. She purchased a window cover from a local hardware store, but as evidenced by the constant leaks and plants growing inside the cover, it was not working. A SunHouse window prevents this basement from being flooded due to window leaks!
System Design Specialist, Stephen Ventriglio, did a full inspection of this wet basement and recommended a full perimeter waterproofing system to keep the space dry and healthy. Foreman, Juan Garcia and his team removed the old sump pump system and installed our french drain system known as WaterGuard above the footing of the foundation, out of the mud zone to easily accept any water seepage. WaterGuard is attached to the SuperSump Pump System to remove the water from the basement and pump it away from the homes foundation.
