The team installed the Turtl, a crawl space door built to keep out elements and debris. To prevent water from pooling around the foundation, they added Drainage Matting, a specialized layer that directs water away from crawl space walls and toward a drainage system. Finally, CleanSpace was applied along the walls as a durable vapor barrier, sealing out moisture and blocking humidity from entering the space.

During annual maintenance, at this Keansburg, NJ home, Service Technician Nelson removed the airtight lid to access the cast iron 1/3 hp Zoeller for cleaning. Once all components were checked, cleaned, and/or replaced, the liner was cleaned and sanitized before the pump system was reassembled. Our  Team installed SmartJacks to stabilize the sagging beams, leveling the floor on the first level of the home. We also installed a CleanSpace encapsulation to prevent water and moisture from seeping through the foundation into the crawl space area. The homeowners crawl space is now another dry and healthy space in their home.
