Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

This Sewaren, NJ customer noticed water seepage on the walls and floor of their basement and looked to Facebook to find a reputable waterproofing company to provide them with a solution. We sent waterproofing professional, Andrew, out to do a full inspection of the basement and design a solution that fit the basements needs and the goals the homeowner had for their home. 

To protect this basement from future water issues, he suggested our Full Perimeter Waterproofing System. Our TripleSafe Sump Pump along with our french drain system known as WaterGuard work together to provide the ultimate protection.  

Basement Design Specialist Laszlo Lenkey met with this customer to design a plan to fix the basement water and moisture problem as evidenced on the walls and floor. Installation of a WaterGuard Drainage System beneath the basement floor and a  TripleSafe Sump Pump System would move accumulated water out of the home. A SaniDry Sedona Air Filtration System was also installed to reduce humidity and prevent mold and odors in the basement.

A home in Orange, NJ was experiencing water seepage coming out of a few cracks on the basement wall. The basement had an existing sump pump but water was still making it's way on the floor. The previous system was not working as it should have so Quality 1st Basements provided a permanent solution.

A TripleSafe Sump Pump System was installed by our Senior Foreman, Juan Garcia. Under normal conditions, the primary pump is enough to keep the basement dry. However, if the primary pump is overwhelmed or it fails, the secondary sump pump is ready to go. If there is a power outage, the UltraSump turns on, keeping your basement dry.

ThermalDry floor was installed in East Orange. Wall Restoration was also performed. Additionally, our Waterproofing System which consist of WaterGuard, WaterGuard Port and TripleSafe were put in place as well.

EverlastWall Restoration, and ThermalDry were installed at a residence in East Orange, NJ. IceGuard, LawnScape, TrenchDrain, and our full perimeter system were installed as well.
