In Mount Laurel, NJ, a homeowner reached out to us after noticing troubling signs in their basement. Cracking in the foundation walls had led to water seeping in, posing a risk to their home's integrity. Our approach centered on utilizing both the WaterGuard Drainage System and FlexiSpan Crack Repair systems. Known for non-clogging, their WaterGuard installation included a hidden drainage system beneath the basement's perimeter floor, funneling water efficiently away to keep the basement dry. For the noticeable cracks, the FlexiSpan system was applied. The flexible sealant, foam strip, and impermeable membrane combined ensured that any future seepage would get directed into the drainage rather than on the floor.
