After a full inspection, our team installed a customized waterproofing system featuring our WaterGuard Drainage System to capture and redirect water from the wall-floor joint, and our TrenchDrain System at key entry points to stop surface water in its tracks. To ensure efficient water removal, we installed our dependable SuperSump Premier Sump Pump, capable of handling high volumes of water with ease. Finally, we added CleanSpace Wall Panels to act as a vapor barrier and give the basement a clean, bright look.

In this unfinished basement, there seemed to be multiple leaks coming in through the washing machine hose, and the other was where the system had stopped. We installed our WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system, which will carry the captured water safely into the sump system. Then, we placed our CleanSpace Vapor barrier along the leaky wall to capture the water that runs down it into the sub-floor drain.
