Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

This Pennsylvania customer was in the market for an updated basement window and window well. We were able to help them out by installing a 48x48 Slider Egress Window with an Elite Rockwell.

Customer was doing a few upgrades in the basement and needed new windows. We came out and installed 3 Everlast Windows.

Faced with rusty, old, and worn doors, a homeowner from Drexel Hill, PA, turned to us for a reliable fix. Our solution? Durable and secure crawl space doors crafted to withstand the test of time and elements, ensuring peace of mind and enhanced home protection. 

In this dark, unfinished basement in Holmes, PA, the owners were getting water in through the wall when it would rain, and were in need of encapsulating the space. We installed our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier around the walls of the foundation to capture any and all moisture seeping in. We then dug a trench through the foundation floor to install our WaterGuard sub-floor drain system that will safely flow the captured water down into the sump system. By installing this system, the basement will be safe from intruding water and no longer be damp from moisture. 

Recently, a homeowner in Pilesgrove, NJ, experienced ongoing water seepage in their basement due to inadequate insulation and foundation settlement. Fortunately, our repair team was able to thoroughly assess the situation and effectively resolve these issues using our proprietary WaterGuard French Drainage System, TrenchDrain, SuperSump Premier Pump System, CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier System, and PowerBrace Wall Repair System. As a result, the basement is now a dry and accessible storage area, providing the homeowner with lasting peace of mind for years to come.
