In the process of settling into their new Lansdale, PA home, a customer was concerned about the condition of their existing sump pump and potential moisture issues. Notice in the photo how we upgraded their setup with our TripleSafe Sump Pump. This choice provided reliable coverage and peace of mind with triple the protection against pump failures, water overflow, and power outages, paving the way for a dry, worry-free basement environment.
Sometimes a customer needs additional assurance that their basement is protected from groundwater intrusion. They might have questions like: What if the power goes out? What if the pump fails? Will my basement get wet? During this homeowner's annual maintenance visit on their previously installed SuperSump Plus system, a 1/3 hp Zoeller pump in an extra large liner, the Service Technician John discussed the benefits of adding a Battery Backup pump to the existing system. The homeowner liked the idea of a backup pump kicking in to pump water out of the basement in the event that the primary pump fails or if the power goes out. John installed the Battery Backup pump and now the homeowner has peace of mind with the backup being able to pump 11,500 gallons of water or more on a single charge!
Don't let your basement become an environment for musty smells and mold growth! A homeowner in Lansdale, PA noticed their basement was damp so they called Quality 1st Basement Systems for a solution. We installed our SuperSump Pump System and WaterGuard French Drain System to keep the basement dry and healthy.
Customer was putting their home up for sale, but knew as long as they had a wet basement, it would be hard to get an offer on the house and reached out to us for help.
For this basement waterproofing job, we installed a Cleanspace Vapor Barrier and WaterGuard along the leaking wall, and tied this into his current sump pump.
In this Pennsylvania home, the basement would get mild drops of condensation along the walls. The dehumidifier the customer had was not taking the amount of moisture out of the air that it was designed to do, which was causing the wet drops on the walls. Our service tech went out to the home to remove the old dehumidifier and installed our patent product SaniDry Sedona that will keep the humidity low, prevent mold growth and dust mites.
