The homeowner liked the idea of a backup pump kicking in to pump water out of the basement in the event that the primary pump fails or if the power goes out. John installed the Battery Backup pump and now the homeowner has peace of mind with the backup being able to pump 11,500 gallons of water or more on a single charge!

The dehumidifier the customer had was not taking the amount of moisture out of the air that it was designed to do, which was causing the wet drops on the walls. Our service tech went out to the home to remove the old dehumidifier and installed our patent product SaniDry Sedona that will keep the humidity low, prevent mold growth and dust mites.
