If you are experiencing difficulty with your sump pump managing water seepage in your basement, it may be time for a replacement. A homeowner in North Wales, PA reached out to us to replace their old sump pump, and we recommended our TripleSafe Sump Pump System as the ideal solution. With this system in place, the basement is equipped with triple the protection against water intrusion, ensuring reliable performance during any rainstorm.
This homeowner from Gibbstown, NJ was noticing severe concrete settlement of some of the slabs of concrete on their pool deck. They were concerned that this settlement was creating tripping hazards which would be extremely dangerous around a pool. They called Quality 1st Basements for help. One of our System Design Specialists recommended Polylevel injections, which is a strong foam injected under the slab to lift the slab back to its original position to get rid of the tripping hazard. The homeowner can now breathe a sigh of relief that their outdoor pool area was now safe from tripping hazards.
In Wynnewood, PA, a homeowner was dealing with persistent water intrusion in their basement, which led to growing concerns about moisture damage, mold growth, and poor indoor air quality. The constant dampness was affecting not only the condition of the home but also the homeowner’s peace of mind. Wanting a long-term and dependable fix, they turned to Quality 1st for help. After a thorough inspection of the basement, our team identified the root causes of the water issues and designed a dynamic waterproofing plan tailored to the property’s needs.
To address the intrusion, we installed our patented WaterGuard Drainage System along the basement perimeter to capture groundwater before it reached the interior. We also added a TrenchDrain System at key entry points to intercept surface water. To ensure dependable water removal under all conditions, we installed the TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which includes a battery backup for uninterrupted performance. Finally, to protect and brighten the basement walls, we installed CleanSpace Wall Panels, creating a clean, moisture-resistant barrier.
Together, these solutions transformed the once-wet basement into a dry, healthy space, restoring the homeowner’s confidence and providing lasting protection for their home.
This customer had water entering in the basement through one wall when it would rain. Currently there was no perimeter drain and just a pump placed in an open pit with no liner, where the water would occasionally make its way over to. We came out and installed a SuperSump Pump which includes a 1/3 hp Zoeller pump that pumps out 2,650 gallons per hour. The super sump also features a heavy duty SuperLiner that has 96 holes that will allow water to flow in from below the floor and also an Airtight lid that will keep out bugs and debris as well as it will keep moisture from evaporating into the basements environment. To complete this waterproofing system, we partnered this SuperSump with our CleanSpace vapor barrier and Waterguard.
This customer had water pouring through the basement walls every time it rained. To correct the issue we installed a Vapor Barrier, Super Sump pump, and WaterGuard system and then at the entry way of the basement, a Trench Drain.
