This customer reached out regarding water seepage through the wall whenever it rains. In order to prevent water from coming through the wall and flooding the basement, we installed our WellDuct Window Drain that transports the water from the well duct directly to the inside drainage system.  Our window drainage system is engineered to stop basement flooding due to well duct leakage, preventing any type of water buildup from outside of the home. 

Customer had an unfinished basement that she was looking to fully finish in the near future. Her first step for the finishing project was to install an Egress window. The customer had several basement windows, but if there were ever an emergency and a fast escape through the basement was needed, there was nowhere to go. This is where we came in, we came out and installed a 48 x 48 Slider Egress window with a RockWell which has a stone look and  is UV Stable, rust and rot proof and can stand up to extreme temperatures. 

Here we have the installation of a top-of-the-line TripleSafe Sump system. The TripleSafe is capable of pumping over 6,000 gallons per hour and also operates on battery backup in case of power failure.

A homeowner in Wilmington, DE was dealing with increased moisture in their basement caused by persistent water seepage during heavy rains. To resolve the water intrusion, we installed our patented WaterGuard Drainage System along the basement perimeter to effectively capture and redirect incoming water to our TripleSafe Sump Pump, which provides triple-layered protection against flooding, even during power outages. To prevent window well leaks, our WellDuct System was added to channel water directly into the drainage system. Additionally, our SmartJack System was installed to stabilize and lift the sagging floor joists above the crawl space, restoring structural integrity to the living space above.

Together, these systems eliminated the moisture problems and reinforced the home's foundation, leaving the basement dry, stable, and ready for long-term use with complete peace of mind.

This customer was looking to upgrade his sump pump system. We recommended our SuperSump Plus System. This system features a 1/3 HP Zoeller pump, the TripleSafe sump pit liner, an airtight lid and a built-in alarm that alerts when water level rises too a high. This customer also opted for our Ultrasump Battery Backup System for extra protection in case of power outages.
