The window currently in the basement was your small standard size window with a metal well. Wanting to finish the basement, the customer asked to upgrade this window to an Egress to not only allow a quick and safe exit from the basement, but this would also allow a lot of natural sunlight to enter the basement.

Customer was only looking for a partial finishing and this included a ceiling install, a wall system, access door panels and then an interior door. Material we used to complete this portion of the project was our Prestige, textured,Non-Organic Ceiling Tiles and our Maintenance free TBF Everlast Wall System.
