This homeowner was experiencing flooding in the window during heavy rain. The water began to leak through the inside walls of the basement due to the buildup from the outside. We removed the old window well and installed our SunHouse Window Well, which is made up of durable, strong plastic that won't rust even over time. This customer also added the feature of a clear plastic cover, which will keep out any debris, rain and snow. A Warm New Space with a Gravity-Defying Toilet!? - Wilmington, DE
This customer got a finished space featuring our waterproof and mold-resistant products: Mill Creek flooring, Everlast Wall System, and a dropped ceiling. We installed a lovely full bathroom, but since the bathroom sits below the level of the main sewer line and drainage depends on gravity, we also installed a sewer ejection system. (Don't worry! We hid it under the floor in the linen closet. Out of sight, out of mind!) Electric baseboard heat was added to keep the space toasty warm, and a new SaniDry XP Air System handles any moisture in the air and leaves the basement with fresh, filtered air. A wonderful place to hibernate this Winter!
