This homeowner reached out to the company regarding a window well that would fill up and leak into the basement whenever heavy rain would hit. We removed the old leaky window to install a new vinyl EverLast basement window that is double-pane glass, which will also prevent heat loss during the colder months. Lastly, we enclosed the window well with our SunHouse Basement Enclosure that will transform your dark, failing window well into a clean, bright space.
In Garnet Valley, PA, a homeowner sought to address persistent water seepage in their basement while also improving its structural integrity and appearance.
After contacting Quality 1st, our team installed a dynamic waterproofing solution tailored to their needs. We began by installing our patented WaterGuard Drainage System to channel water away from the foundation, followed by our SuperSump Premier Sump Pump to efficiently manage water removal. To further protect the space and enhance its look, we added CleanSpace Wall Panels, which provided a moisture-resistant barrier, along with ThermalDry Elite Plank Flooring for a waterproof, stylish finish. The final touch was our EverLast Wall Panels, ensuring long-term durability and a polished appearance.
The result was a fully transformed basement—dry, moisture-free, and visually inviting—offering the homeowner a secure, functional, and beautiful space to enjoy for years to come!
This was a 2-part basement project. We first needed to install a Supplemental Beam with 2 Smart Jacks to support the floor above the basement. Once the Smart Jacks were in play, we then got to finishing the basement by installing our TBF EverLast Wall System and Grey Elite Plank flooring. Basement Systems even went as far as camouflaging the Smart Jacks as a Decorative Post.
This home had water-damaged and moldy carpet in the basement. We took it out and installed waterproof wood look flooring designed for damp areas like basements. Regular flooring will not do well in basements because the concrete floor is porous and lets moisture through. When you cover it with carpet or other types of flooring, you can trap the air and create moisture. Wood-look flooring looks just like wood, even though it is made of vinyl. So there is no way that the new flooring can be damaged by water.
A homeowner in Glenside, PA, noticed persistent water seepage in their unfinished basement and to avoid worsening structural conditions such as potential mold growth and rot, they called us for a solution. Our foreman and his crew installed our specially patented WaterGuard French Drainage System, our mold-resistant CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier, our waterproof Brightwall Basement Panels, our ThermalDry Basement Floor Tiles, our TrenchDrain Grated Drain Pipe, and our heavy-duty SuperSump Premier Pump System. Now, this basement is protected against water intrusions, and this homeowner can have peace of mind knowing their basement is dry and healthy!
