I needed to solve the problem of a damp basement with an open drain system and inefficient sump pump. I first met with salesman Ron Michaels, who was very knowledgeable and really listened to my concerns. He put together a waterproofing plan to make my basement dry and keep within my budget. On the day the work was scheduled the crew led by Wilver Cardoza arrived on time, were professional and courteous and completed the work within the time frame I was given. During the recent wet weather the system seems to be working well and I am very happy that I no longer have that musty basement smell. I also wish to commend Juan Gonzalez for his patience and help in answering all my questions related to the job and ensuring I was fully satisfied with the work.

My service technician Sha'chon explained everything thoroughly and his work was efficient and timely. He showed up to my home on time and let me know exactly what work was being performed. He walked me thru the entire process and informed me that my sump pumps were working properly.

I was very concerned about my home when I started to notice some vertical cracks and settling foundation in my below grade level garage. Quality 1st installed 8 Push Piers to lift my settling foundation and fix the problem. My sales rep Dan gave a good presentation and the installation team was very nice and hard working.
