Very impressed with the timeliness and cleanliness of the work. I literally didn't have to move anything in the basement (we did some basic cleanup). The floor was installed exactly as spec'd and everything, including a heavy set of weightroom equipment was put back.

I given extra credit for Don- I never felt a pressure to buy. He also changed my perspective on what I needed down there. I'm very happy with 1st basement. I was a little delayed in my follow-up but there was no pressure. Your crew showed confidence in your product, which I really appreciated. If you have confidence, you don't need a pressure sale.
