Job review from Jacob in Lancaster, PA 17602 on 07/10/25

I needed some foundation stabilization and water runoff management work on my property. Other companies I contacted either tried to oversell me or only take care of parts of the job like push-piers but no water management.

Quality 1st not only took care of all of it, they didn’t try to oversell and told me if I did need more work that it would not increase the overall expense of the job to have them come back for a second part.

I also had issues with another contractor at the house on another project which pushed my job with Quality 1st by over 8 months. Not only were they accommodating but were extremely gracious and helpful in the process.

Everyone I interacted with went above and beyond what I’d expect, except for one employee where a miscommunication occurred that was dealt with immediately and well beyond what was needed to resolve the issue.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and would be the first place I’d contact if any future property of mine would need their services.
