We were told that secondary pump gave out when its only been a year and a half after installation and was offered a replacement for a charge. Received a bit confusing explanation that it gave out because of the quality of our water and got it replaced free of charge as an exception even though its under warranty. Was told there is no way to guarantee pumps will work, only suggested checking more often than once a year. Peace of mind I paid for is gone now.
