I have two sump pumps in the basement; however, yesterday with the excessive rain I think one of them was over flown and stop working as I had the plug on the ground and water cover it. Our foreman, Victor Leon, was excellent. Upon arrival, he walked around the property with me and we went into the crawlspace; he explained what they would be doing in each area. After the job was completed, he again reviewed everything they did to ensure my expectations were met -- they clearly were met! The crew did a great job keeping my home clean during the process (covered and hung plastic, as needed) and I was extremely pleased.

Sidewalk Repair in Woodcliff Lake, NJ

Quality 1st Basement Systems received a phone call from a homeowner in Woodcliff, NJ. The homeowner was in need of repairing their sinking sidewalk and wanted a long-lasting solution. We sent a System Design Specialist, to inspect the sidewalk and provide a quote for the homeowner. Our tech arrived at the home, on time, and performed his inspection. He recommended our Polylevel Injection would be the perfect repair method. Not only is polylevel durable, but it's also waterproof, environmentally friendly, and lasts for years.

First, our crew drilled small, penny-like holes into the sinking concrete slabs. Next, they used specially designed equipment to inject polyurethane foam into the void. Once the void has been filled, the polyurethane foam expands and lifts the concrete slab to its desired height. The process is repeated until the entire sidewalk has been repaired. After fifteen minutes of healing, the polyurethane foam was set and ready for action.

The homeowner was happy to see their sidewalk repaired. They did not have any other issues with their concrete since then and have been satisfied with the services of Quality 1st Basement Systems.
