I was disappointed that my uneven basement walls caused gaps behind the short WaterGuard drain I had installed. These were filled in with rock or stone. However, the explanation was valid and the basement is not finished so the result was not too disruptive.
Jessica Long was knowledgeable and personable. I did not want all the work that could have been done and while she made sure explain the benefits she did not continue to push for a larger job. She made me feel comfortable that if more work is ever needed I can call on Quality 1st again.
Victor and his crew were efficient, organized and clean.
The reviews I read. Most were very happy customers. More importantly it did not sound as if the company was always perfect but that the employees always tried to make the customer happy.
