Professionalism of both the salesperson, and the printed material. Also did some checking and pre-screening, and this company came up as the best alternative, although a bit expensive. That's why I didn't give a perfect score for recommendation. I'd tell people that you folks are a good bet, but if you're looking for a low cost solution, you might want to explore other alternatives first.
