We recently assisted a homeowner in Clifton, NJ, who was struggling with persistent water seepage in their basement during periods of heavy rainfall. Homeowners who have a TripleSafe sump pump installed in their basement to mitigate water intrusion know that keeping the system cleaned and well-maintained leads to a better operating and more reliable pump system. In this Clifton, NJ home, Quality 1st's service technician Andrew opened the watertight liner lid to access the pumps.  Both the cast iron 1/3 hp and 1/2 hp Zoeller pumps were removed from the liner for cleaning before being reinstalled and tested. This driveway in Clifton, NJ was settling 1 to 2 inches and the homeowner wanted it repaired as soon as possible with winter approaching. Quality 1st Basement Systems injected PolyLevel under each sinking slab, raising it back to level. Once underneath the slab, PolyLevel expands and hardens lifting each one up back to its original state. This is cheaper then having to remove and replace the driveway slabs and the best part is it causes no disturbance to the home or its surrounding area. 

The Property Manager for Cambridge Heights was experiencing uneven sidewalks around the complex as it posed a tripping hazard to the residents of the area. Quality 1st Basement Systems eliminated this tripping hazard with PolyLevel. PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that is injected underneath the concrete to raise the slab. Once the right amount is injected, the foam begins to harden, permanently stabilizing the sidewalk. The community was left with a hazard-free sidewalk.
