Quality 1st Basement Systems Before & After Photos

This homeowner was worried about the massive crack in their foundation wall. They contacted Quality 1st for a solution and System Design Specialist, Steve V. was able to provide them with a solution. To stabilize the wall, Victor and his team went out to the home and installed an 8ft PowerBrace System. The PowerBrace Wall Repair System was able to stop further damage and will potentially straighten the wall. 

Keyport homeowner, Charles T., was experiencing large amounts of water in his basement. After hearing about Quality 1st Basements from a friend, he contacted the Q1 Team for a solution. System Design Specialist, Steve U., headed out to the home for an inspection. After thoroughly checking the basement, Steve provided Charles with a written proposal. Charles was thrilled to hear that Quality 1st could provide a solution. On the day of the installation, Senior Foreman Jonathan N. went out to the home. Jonathan installed a full waterproofing system. The system was equipped with WaterGuard, A TripleSafe Sump Pump, and IceGuard. Thanks to Quality 1st, Charles no longer has to worry about a wet basement!

When design specialist JC Gibriano spoke with the customer they let him know that the basement eas a major storage area and the water was ruining their things.  JC recommended a full perimeter Waterguard system and new sump which were expertly installed by Mario and his crew.

With help from our System Design Specialist, Javier and foundation crew lead by Foreman, Wilver, Quality 1st Basement Systems was able to stabilize the bowing foundation walls with CarbonArmor Wall Reinforcing System. Each strap is installed with a strong epoxy to allow the strap to grip to the wall permanently. This will prevent the wall from bowing inward more. Each bracket above can be adjusted to gradually bring the wall back towards its original position. 

A homeowner in Keyport, NJ knew their home was undergoing some foundation issues when they discovered the walls bowing inwards and a large horizontal cracks forming not too far from the base. Our System Design Specialist, Javier Romero, inspected the walls and knew our Carbon Armor Straps would be able to repair the walls. Our flexible Carbon Armor Straps are attached to the walls with epoxy resin, allowing them to stabilize the wall. The fabric is 10x stronger than steel, so it will not easily tear nor rip. After the installation, the homeowner did not have to worry about their basement walls being further damaged, allowing them to have a peace of mind.
