This homeowner now has a much safer walkway thanks to our PolyLevel Team!  PolyLevel Foreman, Richard injected the polyurethane form beneath the concrete slabs, filling the void underneath. When the void was filled the PolyLevel form begins to harden, expanding to lift the slab. Once the slabs were lifted, the gaps between each slab closed and were sealed with NexusPro Joint Sealant. The Joint Sealant is meant to keep the concrete from experiencing any future erosion that could cause them to settle again. 

Water can get under concrete slabs, wash out the supporting soil, and leave the slabs sinking and settling. PolyLevel foreman Sean Andreas Johnson injected PolyLevel beneath this customer's concrete walkway, lifted the slabs, and eliminated a rather severe trip hazard. The best part...the high density polymers used in the PolyLevel installation prevent future wash-outs!

Our Egress window provides an alternative exit to the basement incase of an emergency. Not only does it allow more natural light into the space, it is tightly sealed to keep unwanted drafts and moisture out. 

Quality 1st Basement Systems was contacted by this homeowner in Barnegat Township, New Jersey due to their driveway becoming unlevel. We sent our system design specialist to inspect the driveway, and they suggested using polyurethane foam to lift and level the driveway. Our foreman used our PolyLevel Injections, which are injected underneath the slabs to fill any voids and raise the concrete. Within 20 minutes, the job was complete and the homeowner was happy to see their driveway was raised and leveled!
