Quality 1st Basement Systems Before & After Photos

A homeowner from Matawan, NJ had issues pulling out of their driveway smoothly because of 2 inches of settled concrete, creating an uneven surface. Quality 1st Basements came and injected PolyLevel solution under the concrete driveway to lift it up so that it was level with the surrounding concrete. System Design Specialist, Ken P. provided a solution which included a TripleSafe Sump Pump to replace the old one. The triple Safe Sump pump has a Three-pump system adjusts automatically to meet pumping requirements. It is also equipped with a battery backup to protect from flooding during power outages. The TripleSafe's removable, airtight lid reduces noise and allows for easy inspection/service. Once the installation was complete by Victor & his team, the homeowner was assured that their basement was free from flooding.

This home in Aberdeen, NJ was experiencing water in their basement. In addition to the water, they had a problem with Iron Ochre. Iron Ochre is  is created as a waste byproduct of iron bacteria. This bacteria naturally occurs in environments throughout most of the world. This thick slime is known to affect drain and plumbing systems of all kinds, presenting a unique challenge for basement waterproofing contractors.

Our Sump Pump has an airtight lid to keep water vapor from evaporating into the basement air. Inside, the pump sits on a stand to avoid damage inside a protective liner.
