Quality 1st received a call from a Marlboro, NJ homeowner who was experiencing sinking concrete in the front of their home. The front side walk settled causing a tripping hazard. Arturo and his team drilled small penny-size holes into the concrete slab and injected PolyLevel which is a polyurethane foam underneath lifting the slab back to level. Within just 15 minutes of job completion the homeowner was able to use the walkway.
After a pump failed inside this customers home, Quality 1st replaced the existing sump pump system and installed a full Waterproofing System. Not only did we replace the french drain system, we installed one of our top of the line sump pumps, the TripleSafe.
When the basement floods, the drywall becomes damamged by water and needs to be removed and replaced to avoid mold. Our EverLast Restoration Wall System is installed on the bottom portion of the drywall to prevent future wall damage. This wall system is not only waterproof but has built-in installation to keep the basement warm.
