A home in Orange, NJ was experiencing water seepage coming out of a few cracks on the basement wall. The basement had an existing sump pump but water was still making it's way on the floor. The previous system was not working as it should have so Quality 1st Basements provided a permanent solution.

A TripleSafe Sump Pump System was installed by our Senior Foreman, Juan Garcia. Under normal conditions, the primary pump is enough to keep the basement dry. However, if the primary pump is overwhelmed or it fails, the secondary sump pump is ready to go. If there is a power outage, the UltraSump turns on, keeping your basement dry.

Check out this crawl space transformation in Orange, NJ! Our crew installed our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System which is a thick and durable liner that is water-proof and mold-proof. This system will block out moisture and humidity from passing through the crawl space. 

ThermalDry floor was installed in East Orange. Wall Restoration was also performed. Additionally, our Waterproofing System which consist of WaterGuard, WaterGuard Port and TripleSafe were put in place as well.
