Although there was an existing sump pump, water was still seeping through the cinder block. The Q1 team installed a CarbonArmo Wall Reinforcing System which is made of fiber reinforced polymer making the strips ten times stronger than steel. PowerBrace Wall Repair System was also installed to stabilize the bowing walls. Both systems stabilize the homes foundation and can gradually return the walls back to the original position.The old sump pump system was removed and a complete Waterproofing System which included a SuperSump Pump and WaterGuard to keep the basement dry was installed.
The homeowner was relieved that they no longer had water issues in their basement and that the foundation was now stabilized.

The Community Association of Stonehurst were experiencing sunken concrete slabs by the entrance of the home. The slabs posed a tripping hazard to the residents of the area and needed to be fixed immediately.
PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that is injected through small holes, then the foam expands to fill the gaps beneath the concrete and lifts the slab back to its original level. Quality 1st was able to lift and level the various concrete slabs that were affected by the community. Polylevel is an efficient method for quickly and permanently lifting sidewalks.
