Quality 1st Basement Systems Before & After Photos

This customer had a partially finished basement and was looking into installing an Egress in the unfinished portion of the basement. Not only was the customer looking to get an egress installed, she also requested underpinning for the Egress just to be preventative. 

Our production crew came out and knocked this project out of the park, we installed 2 Egress windows with Rockwells WellDucts, which would tie in to the the waterproofing system we installed( CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, Drytrak and a TripleSafe Sump Pump)and underpinned both egress windows as the customer requested.

This family was highly satisfied with the work done by our production crew and the children were happy they could finally move their bedrooms to the basement!

This customer was referred to our company for an encapsulation of a crawl space. We installed our CleanSpace encapsulation system transforming it into an energy efficient crawl space with controlled and quality of air. This treatment will turn the damp, moldy space into a clean, dry space where mold can't grow.

Moisture and instability had become persistent issues for a homeowner in Carvel Beach, MD, where the crawl space beneath their home was growing increasingly damp, musty, and structurally compromised. Concerned about the potential for mold growth, poor indoor air quality, and long-term damage to their home’s foundation, the homeowner contacted our team for a professional and lasting solution. After a detailed inspection, we identified key problem areas, including water intrusion through exposed soil, high humidity, and weakening floor supports.

To fully address these issues, we implemented a customized crawl space repair system beginning with the installation of our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, which seals out moisture and creates a dry, encapsulated environment. We added an IceGuard Discharge Line to ensure reliable drainage even during freezing conditions, and installed our SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to control humidity levels and prevent future condensation. To restore structural integrity, we completed the job with our SmartJack Support System, designed to permanently stabilize and lift sagging floor joists. Together, these advanced solutions delivered a clean, dry, and reinforced crawl space, bringing this homeowner lasting peace of mind and a healthier, safer home environment!

We had previously done some waterproofing in this customers basement which included an install of a SuperSump Pump with Battery Backup and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. The customer reached out to us more recently because they were now ready to finish waterproofing the rest of their basement.

To complete this waterproofing system we installed a Cleanspace Vapor Barrier for any water that is intruding through the finished wall, this barrier will direct the water down to the Waterguard that was installed and then over to the SuperSump to be pumped out and away from their home. 

In this dirt crawl space, the homeowner was in need of encapsulating the area and keeping the space low in humidity with our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier. We wrapped the bottom of each pier, which provides moisture control in the space and installed the Vapor Barrier along the walls with our SilverGlo insulated wall panels, encapsulating the crawl space. Not only will this installation cut down on high heating bills, but the space will completely transform the crawl space from damp, dirty into dry and clean.
