Customer Daniel C. met with Quality 1st Basement System's Brian Cedar, Design Specialist, to plan a solution for his wet basement floor in West Caldwell, NJ. Along with the durable CleanSpace Vapor Barrier installed on the walls, foreman Jonathan Neira and his crew also installed WaterGuard and a TripleSafe Sump Pump System. Peace of mind and a cleaner look were accomplished!

This West Caldwell, New Jersey resident had enough with the water concerns they experienced after every heavy rain in their unfinished basement. They decided it was time to fix the problem and get a system installed to keep their home dry. System Design Specialist, Javier Romero, recommended a full perimeter system which included our WaterGuard French Drain System and TripleSafe Sump Pump.  

In the before photo is our crew installing WaterGuard above the footing of the foundation to collect any water seepage. This system will direct the water straight to the TripleSafe Sump pump system to properly pump the water out of the basement and away from the homes foundation.
