Homeowner Becky contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems to repair her sump pump that had stopped running during a storm and caused her basement to flood. Her old pump did not have any housing and was exposed the the mud and debris in the ground. The pump was never serviced and broke down due to clogging. 

Quality 1st Basement Systems replaced her sump pump with our SuperSump Sump Pump. The SuperSump Pump is housed in a protective liner and sealed with an air tight lid. It is equipped with an alarm that will sound if water levels reach a certain point and a backup battery to ensure that even if the power goes out during a storm, the pump will continue to keep the basement dry.
