Quality 1st Basement Systems Before & After Photos

A homeowner living in Monroe Township contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems to have someone come out and inspect the concrete concerns they had for their backyard patio. The patio area around their pool had settled around an inch. With the help of System Design Specialist, Andrew Gagliardi and our team, each patio slab was raised and leveled using PolyLevel. The homeowner was amazed at how the PolyLevel injection lifted each settled slab back to its original state. 

A homeowner in Monroe Township, New Jersey had sagging floor joists above their crawl space and contacted Quality 1st for a free estimate. Our System Design Specialist inspected the crawl space and noticed that it was being supported by bricks and concrete. SmartJacks were installed in the crawl space to replace the concrete and fully support the floor above. SmartJacks are a permanent solution and can be adjusted at any time if needed.   

Our team was able to lift and level this concrete pool deck with PolyLevel. First small holes were drilled into each sinking slab where the polyurethane foam is injected through the holes beneath the slab. As the foam expands, the slabs begin to rise towards their desired level. The holes are then covered with concrete mix and the joints were sealed with NexusPro to keep water out and prevent future erosion. 

Quality 1st Basements raised the walkway area leading up to the steps to the door on the side of a home in Monroe Township. To prevent water erosion underneath the slab, our crew installed Joint Seal for protection. The slab is now raised, stabilized and protected. The homeowner was amazed at how clean the installation process was.

Our team came out and leveled the concrete slabs by using PolyLevel. Small penny size holes are drilled into the sunken area of each slab. Carefully, PolyLevel is injected underneath raising the slab back towards its original position.
