This pool deck area had multiple cracks due to settling slabs. Several trip hazards formed making the pool area unsafe. The homeowner wanted to repair one side of the pool area without affecting the other side. Concrete Repair Specialist, Jeff Pitek, did a full inspection and recommended our Concrete Raising Solution, PolyLevel. This polyurethane foam is lightweight and environmentally friendly.
Small holes are drilled into the concrete and using special equipment, PolyLevel is injected beneath the slab. The PolyLevel foam expands to fill any voids and lifts the slab back towards its original position. Once leveled, the foam hardens to permanently stabilize the concrete slab.

After months of ignoring their sagging floors, they decided to meet with a crawl space specialist to determine the cause. We sent our System Design Specialist our to inspect the space and provide a solution. With the high levels and moisture and humidity, the wooden floor joist started to sag. Our team recommended our Moisture Vapor Barrier to address the moisture concerns by stopping the moisture and humidity from passing through the foundation walls. To provide additional support to the floor joist, SmartJacks were installed to stabilize the beams and gradually bring them back towards their original level.
