Additionally, our team installed a new waterproofing system in the basement, which includes a vapor barrier, a new drainage system, and an upgraded sump pump. The WaterGuard Drains were placed around the perimeter below floor level to efficiently channel any leaking water into the new TripleSafe Sump Pump. The CleanSpace lining on the walls prevents water from seeping in and flooding the area, directing it instead into the new drainage system.
