The basement walls of a building in a North Plainfield community were bowing and needed support. Our team was able to install our PowerBrace System to stabilize the walls and ensure that they would not continue to bow. In addition to stabilizing the walls, the PowerBrace System can also help the foundation shift back to its original position! 

Quality 1st Basements was able to completely transform this unhealthy crawl space into a clean and stabilized space underneath this home. Our System Design Specialist, Steve V, recommended a full encapsulation system to keep the crawl space dry and healthy. In doing so, the crawl space now promotes cleaner air that the family can breathe throughout the home. SmartJack stabilizers were installed to add additional support to the failing crawl space beams causing settling on the first floor.

A resident in Plainfield, NJ was looking to have the concrete slabs by the pool lifted and and leveled. This was a priority as the family would use it during the summer and had small tripping accidents. Senior Foreman Victor Leon and his team went out to lift and level the concrete with Polylevel. Polylevel is a foam that is pumped underneath the slab and hardens in a matter of minutes. Polylevel is effective and is safe for the environment. 

A homeowner in North Plainfield, NJ discovered their basement walls were bowing inwards, creating cracks and damage. They needed to find a solution, so they contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems. Our System Design Specialist, inspected the walls and knew this was a foundation issue, so he suggested our PowerBrace System would be the perfect solution. The PowerBrace System contains steel brackets that help stabilize the basement walls, preventing any further damage. The installation was done by our foreman, Juan G., and crew.
