With help from System Design Specialist, Kenny T. and Foreman, Wilver C., Quality 1st Basements was able to provide this East Brunswick, NJ homeowner will a brand new Window Well to help protect the basement window. Not only will it protect against rain, preventing basement leaks but also maximizes sunlight in the basement by reducing build up of dirt! 

A homeowner noticed that the concrete sidewalks in front of their home were sinking and settling- causing trip hazards for their friends and neighbors. Jay, one of our Concrete Repair Specialists determined that the concrete could be lifted with PolyLevel. Our team led by Iian, went out and injected polyurethane foam and raised the concrete back to its original position. The sidewalk is now trip hazard free and the homeowner no longer has to worry about anyone falling and getting hurt.

This pool deck in East Brunswick, NJ had about 100 square feet that needed to be lifted and leveled. The concrete slab was uneven right by the pool steps, making that area hazardous for tripping. Quality 1st Basements injected PolyLevel foam underneath the sinking pool deck. Each slab was not only raised back to level but permanently stabilized. 

Washout of soil beneath concrete sidewalk slabs can create an uneven pathway with potential trip hazards. Quality 1st Basement System's Concrete Specialist, Jeff Pitek, visited this customer and prepared them for repairs with PolyLevel foam injections. Foreman Nick Boldman and his crew drilled dime-sized holes in the concrete, injected the PolyLevel, lifting and leveling the concrete slabs, eliminating trip hazards.

Our customer in East Brunswick, NJ had an uneven sidewalk with a lot of gaps and cracks.  Design specialist Jay Hugee explained how we could use our PolyLevel concrete leveling product to lift and even the slabs and NexusPro sealer to seal the cracks and gaps.  Victor and his crew went out to do the work and the customer is beyond happy with the newly leveled sidewalk.
