A homeowner in Delran, New Jersey was experiencing moisture and high humidity in the crawl space and contacted Quality 1st for a solution.

Our System Design Specialist inspected the crawl space and recommended an encapsulation system be installed to keep the moisture and humidity out of the crawl space. PolyLevel is a waterproofing, light weight, environmentally friendly, polyurethane foam that will lift and level the concrete back to towards its original position. This solution will permanently stabilize the slab to prevent future sinking.

These planks have long tiles that lock together and also have raised pegs on the bottom to keep them from getting cold and damp. These planks can be easily removed and dried out if there is a leak. There are four colors to choose from which are, Pecan, Walnut, Espresso, and Gray. The homeowner now has luxurious, water resistant plank flooring.
